We have designed several multi-level mixed-use developments in response to a desire to live, work & play in the urban setting.  Good site utilization is achieved by placing several uses in the same building.  These projects have included Retail / Restaurant uses on the street level, office uses on upper levels, and residential units above them, with on-site parking under the building.
